The bar where the crowd sets the price

Bullbar turns your drink menu into a live exchange. Every order pushes a price up, forgotten drinks get cheaper, and during a Bear Attack everything crashes.

Try it: pick a drink and order it.

Demo market. A Bear Attack lasts 8 seconds here and 1 to 3 minutes in a real bar.

One market, three screens

The bar tablet, the guest's phone and the window screen show the same market at the same moment. Orders you placed above show up here too. You can also ring one up on the tablet.

Bar tablet

The bartender rings up an order with one tap and the system does the pricing. If the Wi-Fi drops, orders queue up and go through when it's back.

Window screen

Prices are readable from five metres. From the street it's clear something is going on inside, and a Bear Attack turns the whole screen red.

Guest phone

Scan the QR, pick a nickname, you're in. Nothing to download: prices, savings and the leaderboard live in the browser.

A Friday night with Bullbar

  1. The night starts

The admin starts the night with one button. Every drink opens at its menu price.

  2. First guests

QR codes on the tables, prices moving on the screen. Guests join and compete on the leaderboard.

  3. Peak

Popular drinks climb, some all the way to their ceiling. The rest get cheaper and find their buyers.

  4. Bear Attack

The DJ hits the button. For two minutes everything is at its floor price, and a queue forms at the bar.

  5. Closing

Guests get their recap card: what they drank, how much they saved, where they placed. You get a full report.

Two minutes when everything is cheap

The market maker — a DJ, host or manager — hits the button. The window screen turns red, a siren goes off, phones buzz, and every drink drops to its floor price until the countdown ends.

2:00 The countdown runs on every screen at once
  • You choose the length: 60, 120 or 180 seconds.
  • Afterwards, prices come back a little below where they were and the market starts moving again.
  • Each guest has an order limit per attack, so it stays fun.

You pay the price you saw

The market moves by the second, but the receipt always shows the price that was on screen when you ordered.

Bartender tapped twice by accident? The order still goes through once.

    Questions

    Do guests need an app?

No. The QR code opens the market in the browser. All they pick is a nickname.

    What hardware do I need?

A tablet at the bar and a TV or monitor that can open a browser. The market maker can start Bear Attacks from their own phone.

    Won't rising prices annoy guests?

You set the ceiling, so a price never goes past what your guests would accept. Meanwhile anything nobody orders gets cheaper, and a Bear Attack is never far away.

What if the internet goes down?

The tablet keeps the orders and sends them in sequence when the connection is back. Nothing is lost and nothing is charged twice.

    Which languages does it support?

Georgian and English. Every guest and staff member picks their own.

    How do I get started?

Write to us. We'll set up your menu and price limits together and run a first test night.

Want to turn your bar into an exchange?

We're starting in Tbilisi with a handful of venues. Write to us and we'll run your first test night together.
